The long awaited DJI Spark drone was revealed today. While its pictures leaked some time ago, the specifications were not known, but that changes now.

With dimensions 143 x 143 x 55 mm and weighing only 300 grams, the DJI Spark is a small drone focused primarily on selfies/dronies. Despite the small size, DJI designers managed to pack the drone with state-of-the-art features, for example with Active Track or TapFly. Besides that, the DJI Spark can be controlled and take photos using gestures. GPS/GLONASS and sensors for preventing collision are also present..

In the camera resides 1/2.3 CMOS sensor with 12 MPx resolution. The lens has aperture of f/2.6 and field of view 81,9°. 2-axis stabilization takes care of the sharpness of your photos with maximum resolution of 3968 x 2976 pixels or Full HD video at 30fps. Video can be transmitted in HD within the range of 2 kilometers.

Maximum speed of the drone is 50 km/h and the battery will last up to 16 minutes. It can be recharged using powerbank as well.
