Many companies are not focused on one product only. It’s no different when it comes to LeEco which is not producing only smartphones, but also TVs, smart bicycles and currently is even working on an autonomous vehicle. This car is certainly going to be equipped with a few cameras, but LeEco counts with older vehicles which don’t have a dashcam in their basic package too.

For those who own older ones, there’s this LeEco Dashcam 1S camera. By looking at the photos, it’s pretty obvious where the designers got inspired. The camera has a 160° angle and the resolution of 4 Mpx. The lens speed of f/1.8 should assure better results especially at night. The image gets processed by the popular chipset Ambarela A12 along with 2GB ROM. The recording is then saved on a memory card with the maximum capacity of 128 GB.

Resolution:

  • 1296p/30fps
  • 1080p/30fps
  • 720p/60fps
  • 720p /30fps

The camera’s dimensions are 97 x 49,8 x 86 mm and it weighs 123 grams. There’s a mic, accelerometer, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth integrated.
